Jason's focus as a Real Estate Professional is to educate his clients to help them make the best decisions possible while providing a top-notch experience. Jason has lived in many states throughout the Midwest, personally owning numerous homes, which enhanced his knowledge and awareness of what it means to buy and sell properties. That background, his passion for helping people, and the experience of serving over 250+ clients in the buying/selling process, is what Jason brings to the table every day.

Jason began his career in real estate in 2014 after a 20-year career in higher education, specifically working with the academic and personal success of student-athletes at 5 different universities, including UW-Madison. Empowering, educating, motivating, and helping people succeed have been trademarks of his career. He is a very passionate and loyal individual, and makes a personal and professional commitment to all of his clients!

He is passionate about giving back to his community and essential charities. A four-time Children's Miracle Network (CMN) "Miracle Agent," Jason donates to CMN in his clients' name after every closing. He is a proud supporter of the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation, of which he is on the Wisconsin Chapter Board of Directors. He also served as a youth sports coach for many years and was both a Youth Baseball and Oregon Food Pantry Board Member.

Jason resides in Oregon, WI, with his wife, two children, and rescue dog. When not assisting people with real estate, the Holtman's enjoy traveling together, attending sporting events, and hanging out with friends.
